NEW – NEW – NEW

The plan has been majorly revised. The roof is much simpler. Fewer angles, a little less square footage, 8’ ceilings… all-in-all, should be a lot more affordable. Updated files are below.

Previous updates:

· Feb 8 – Updated all files with updated information. Changes include master bath/shower, correction to window sizes, and removal of screen on back porch (now just an open porch).

· Nov 10 – I worked on the stairs and trying to design the closet to the left of the garage entry. Between that not working out, the office being tight, and the dining room needing a little more space, we decided to steal a foot from the garage for those areas. New files have been uploaded in the links below. Notes and bubbles are near the changes.

· Nov 8 – Added information regarding the screened in porch.
