In my September appointment, I failed my one hour GTT. So, they had me come back for the three hour version which I passed with flying colors.
John has been having problems with his mouth. At first, we thought it was candida (yeast), but it doesn't rub off, so we don't know what it is. It's been almost four weeks now and it's not getting better. He's been on antibiotics this week and it seems to be getting worse. His gums are actually red and sore now where before he just had these white patches. He's been staying really low carb throughout though, so he's lost close to 20 pounds.
I have been doing pretty good with my weight too. I'm hovering around 280, sometimes under. I'd like to stay under and stay there through the end, but I dont think that' possible.
We've put the race team up for sale. We think we've sold the car and the back up motor. Still need to get the motor in the car and working, but the kid that bought it is coming down tomorrow to take a final look at write a check.
I am so tired today and I'm such a little oven! HOT all the time. I want to go home.
I guess that's all for now... I thought this would cheer me up, but I still just want to go home.
