Hi,


Hud and I are back at it... we're doing PP to the 30 carb level. We're doing TFL six days a week, plus we're doing Tony Robbins. AND!!! We're cooking all of our food in the evenings, but eating lunch and dinner at work - with no food after 5PM


WHEW! That's a lot. But, I think it's good. We won't be eating at 8PM anymore, which I think was bad. Plus, we've recognized that we were eating way too many carbs. Too much fruit and going overboard on everything else too. Now, my calories are around 2000 or less, with protein at 146 or so, ECCs at 30 plus 15-20 grams of fiber. The protein is a little high, but only 25% over. So, I think I'll be okay.


Hud's also going to start working Saturday's... so I'll be up and around and can get a lot of stuff done during the day on Saturday's. This should be a really good time.
